7. Pricing & VAT

EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be eligible for the reverse charge mechanism. Non-EU customers (except UK) are not subject to VAT.

8. Return and Refund Policy

a. Free Trial
New users may test WhizBudget with a 7-day free trial before purchasing a lifetime license. This allows users to evaluate the service before making a commitment.

b. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • In exceptional cases where a refund is granted at our sole discretion, a processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@whizbudget.com, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

WhizBudget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whiz Art Media Ltd is not liable for damages arising from your use of WhizBudget, including data loss or financial consequences.
